Grass Mat
The Grass Mat. A normal soccer field is sized 100 to 120 meters by 64 to 75 meters. The center circle has a radius of 9.15 meters. A goal is 7.32 meters wide and 2.44 meters high (inside) and the penalty spot is 11 meters from the goal line. The ground is covered with grass. No artificial turf is our opinion at FC Kluif. Soccer should be played on real grass. Artificial grass doesn't bounce and roll the same, let alone make an emergency brake-slide on it.

Abe Lenstra, Frisian folk hero, nimble as Johan Cruijff, tricky as Piet Keizer and sideways as Willem van Hanegem.
