All orders placed before 3 p.m. on weekdays will be delivered the next day. So you will have your order in your home the next working day. This only applies to shipments within the Netherlands.

Deliveries for the rest of the EU can take up to 5 business days, outside the EU up to 14 business days.

Not at home at the time of delivery? Then your package will be delivered to your neighbors or presented the next business day (excluding Sunday and Monday).

Track your order
You can track the shipment of your order by means of a track & trace number. After you have placed an order you will receive a link from Fietskoerier/DHL via e-mail. They guarantee all our shipments.

How do I order something from FC Kluif?

Step 1: Fill your shopping cart

Scroll through the different categories. Select the appropriate size, when applicable, and add your favorite product(s) to the cart.

Step 2: Checking your shopping cart

Check your product(s) in the shopping cart. Are the size, quantity and shipping method correct? Within the shopping cart, it is also possible to add a discount code.

Step 3: proceed to checkout

Complete the billing information so we have all the information we need to ship the order.

Step 4: Place order

Are all the details correct? Order away! Once your order is placed, your order will be prepared with all manpower, carefully packed and shipped. You will receive the track & trace code and confirmation of your order by e-mail.

Now it's just a matter of waiting for the delivery guy to come by!
