All orders placed before 3 p.m. on weekdays will be delivered the next day. So you will have your order in your home the next working day. This only applies to shipments within the Netherlands.

Deliveries for the rest of the EU can take up to 5 business days, outside the EU up to 14 business days.

You can track the shipment of your order by means of a track & trace number. After you have placed an order you will receive a link from Fietskoerier/DHL via e-mail. They guarantee all our shipments

Complete the billing information so we have all the information we need to ship the order.

Step 4: Place order

Are all the details correct? Order away! Once your order is placed, your order will be prepared with all manpower, carefully packed and shipped. You will receive the track & trace code and confirmation of your order by e-mail.

Now it's just a matter of waiting for the delivery guy to come by!

Should the product not be to your satisfaction or still be broken due to a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a warranty. All items you buy from us are also covered by the legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do. Some products are also covered by a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not detract from the legal warranty.

If the defect is within the warranty, we will provide repair or replacement at no charge.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the model form for withdrawal , but are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive all payments made by you up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) back from us without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order, the cost of delivery will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such refund. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
