Returning your products if the size is not right?
Are you satisfied with the garment you bought but the size is still not right? No problem, you can return your product within 30 days. If you want to return your order you can send it back to our return address. You always have to notify [email protected] in advance. Without explicit notification to this e-mail address, we unfortunately cannot process your return.

Once we have received your return we will refund the amount to your account, after verification. Now you can place a new order with the correct size via our webshop.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend using a track & trace service. Therefore, always ask for a shipping receipt so you can keep an eye on the shipment. FC Kluif is not responsible for loss or theft of your return shipment.

We only accept products in original and unworn condition. Products that are damaged, contain signs of use such as odors will not be accepted. Products must be carefully packed in their original packaging. Please add the original FC Kluif packing slip to the contents of the shipment.

14-day cooling-off period
As a consumer you have a cooling off period of 14 days at
www.fckluif.nl . You can return your product without giving any reason within these 14 days, starting on the day of delivery. Exceptions are personalized products/customization. The product can only be returned unused and in the original, undamaged packaging.

To refund already paid amounts (in case of prepayment) we need your bank account number (IBAN). Customers from outside the Netherlands should mention the IBAN and BIC/Swift number of their own bank.

Please note: the account number you provide for the refund must be the same as the account number from which you made the payment to www.fckluif.nl . This is due to possible fraud regarding refunds.

Defects
We request that you report a defect to us as soon as possible after discovery. Send an email to [email protected] with a picture of the defective product attached. We will then contact you as soon as possible to solve the problem. After the 24-hour period, we can no longer be held responsible for defective products.
